Tyler came out quick (within 2 hours of our early morning call on a Saturday!) for an emergency weekend repair after a storm (weatherhead ripped off our house due to downed pole on our property), he and his team worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done He also coordinated with the local permit office to get an emergency inspection that same day to ensure we'd have power back as soon as Eversource finished replacing the pole (later that evening) We initially thought we'd be without power much longer (possibly dealing with frozen pipes due to no heat), can't thank him enough for his part in getting this fixed promptly! Absolutely blown away by this company. They were extremely responsive after a 2am emergency, got back to me right away, were able to come quickly, assess and finalize a quote true to their estimate, and had the entire problem, including permits and inspection, solved in under 3 hours. I called around twenty different places, and their quote was the most accurate to my expectations, didn't try to upset unnecessary repairs, and had the best communication of all the companies. In addition, they were kind, courteous, patient, flexible (as location was quite difficult), and gave an overall impression of people you would be comfortable around your home.
